As the right hand of the leadership team, you will play a key role at the intersection of business development, functional analysis, and project coordination.
Your main mission will be to expand Oxalyo’s commercial presence across Europe, support our clients in their digital transformation with Odoo, and contribute to the delivery of ERP projects.
You will act both as a brand ambassador and a business solutions architect with real impact.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, business analysis, or project management
- Good knowledge of Odoo (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR modules, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills: English & French
Nice to have
- Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian are strong assets
- Experience in ERP, digital transformation, or consulting is a big plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and results-oriented
- Degree in business, marketing, engineering, or information systems

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe, represent Oxalyo at professional events, and engage decision-makers to propose tailored solutions.
- Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and organize strategic meetings to support business growth.
- Drive Odoo projects from A to Z: stakeholder coordination, adherence to deadlines, budget and quality, lead follow-up meetings, and anticipate risks.
- Organize discovery workshops, document business processes, identify bottlenecks, and translate needs into functional Odoo solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Ensure project coordination and reporting: track progress, update CRM tools, produce reports for management, and act as the main point of contact between consultants, developers, and clients.
- Contribute to marketing strategy: liaise with the marketing manager, provide field feedback, participate in content creation, and strengthen brand positioning on LinkedIn.
