As an official Odoo partner, we implement ERP solutions with finance as the backbone.
Now we’re looking for a Finance & Tech Consultant to join our entrepreneurial team — someone hands-on, versatile, and excited to work directly with business leaders to solve real challenges and deliver impact from day one.
Your mission
- Get hands-on with Odoo implementations, especially in finance/accounting/controlling: configure modules, test, and support users.
- Translate business needs into practical ERP solutions that make financial and operational processes flow smoothly.
- Combine your finance knowledge with tech skills to deliver reliable dashboards, reports, and workflows that managers can actually use.
- Ensure management control and reporting, and when necessary, dive into operational accounting tasks to keep information accurate and decision-ready.
- Work closely with operational teams to optimize processes and data flows across finance, purchasing, sales, and inventory.
- Actively contribute to a variety of projects where finance and ERP meet, bringing both perspectives together to solve real client challenges.
- Take ownership of your projects in a small, entrepreneurial team, where agility, pragmatism, and versatility are key.
- Help us build and refine our methods as we scale, contributing to the DNA of how we deliver finance + tech excellence.
Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience, either in finance/accounting or in ERP/technology consulting.
- Degree in finance, accounting, management, business IT, or equivalent.
- Advanced Excel skills: strong interest in data analysis and Business Intelligence (Power BI knowledge is a plus).
- Professional proficiency in French and English (spoken and written). And speaking any other European language is an asset.
Technical Skills
- For a finance-oriented profile: solid knowledge of financial and accounting processes, with a willingness to learn ERP tools and technology.
- For a tech-oriented profile: proficiency in ERP configuration or development, with an interest in deepening financial and accounting knowledge.
- Broad understanding of business processes (sales, purchasing, inventory, supply chain, HR, etc.).
- Strong interest in ERP environments (Odoo is a plus) and in integrating finance with technology.
Soft Skills
- Flexibility and adaptability: ability to move between finance and technology depending on project needs.
- Operational and pragmatic mindset, with a willingness to learn quickly on the job.
- Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility, while collaborating effectively within a small, ambitious, entrepreneurial team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain financial or technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical thinking, rigor, and results orientation.
